Website design for contractors and med spas in Arkansas
Plan for your next customer to be looking at your site on a phone. We build websites that load fast, show where you work, and make it easy to call, text, or book.
A good website does one job
Website design for contractors and med spas is not about how fancy it looks. It is about the first few seconds after someone lands on your page. Can they tell what you do? Can they tell you work in their town? Can they reach you without hunting for a button?
If the answer is no, they go back to the search results and tap the next business. We build conversion websites for home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, remodeling, garage doors, pest control) and for med spas and aesthetics practices.
KEM is based in Stuttgart, Arkansas. We work with businesses across Central Arkansas and nationwide, remotely.
The checklist
What a lead-generating small business website needs
Loads fast on a phone
Compressed images, lean pages, no heavy sliders. On the monthly plans, speed is part of the monthly upkeep.
Tap-to-call everywhere
A call button that stays in reach, so nobody scrolls back up to find your number.
Clear service areas
Name the towns you serve, like Little Rock, Conway, or Pine Bluff, so people and Google know where you work.
A booking or quote path
A short form, a booking link, or both. One obvious next step on every page.
Reviews on display
Real Google reviews, shown as written, with a link to your profile. See our Google review management.
One page per service
Someone searching for a water heater replacement should land on a page about exactly that.
Local SEO basics
Clear page titles, your name, address, and phone written the same way everywhere, and a link to your Google Business Profile.
Plain copy
Short sentences, what happens after someone reaches out, and prices or ranges where you can share them.
For contractors
Built for the person with a problem today
- ✓ A prominent call button for urgent jobs and a form for scheduled work.
- ✓ Your license and insurance details, if you hold them, where a homeowner will see them.
- ✓ Photos of your own crew, trucks, and finished work, not stock images.
- ✓ A service page for each trade you offer and each town you cover.
For med spas and aesthetics
Built for the person doing their homework
- ✓ Plain-language treatment pages: what it is, what to expect at a consult, how to book.
- ✓ A consult booking path that works on a phone.
- ✓ Photos of your real space and team.
- ✓ No outcome promises, and web forms that collect contact details only. Health history belongs in your consent paperwork, not a web form, so ask your compliance advisor what your forms should collect.

A website works harder with the rest of the system
A website gets visitors to the door. These pieces help once they arrive:
- Missed call text back answers the people who call while you are on the job.

FAQ
Website design questions
How much does a website cost?
A one-time Website Build is $1,997, with an optional $97/mo hosting and care plan. If you want more than a website, Starter is $497/mo plus a $500 setup fee and includes a conversion website of up to 6 pages, built, hosted, secured, and maintained.
How long will my website take to build?
It depends on the plan and on how quickly we get logins, photos, and service details from you. We give you a specific timeline on your strategy call, once we know the scope.
What do you need from me?
Access to your Google Business Profile and your domain or hosting if you have them, your service area and pricing basics, and a handful of photos. We send a simple checklist after you sign up.
Will a new website put me at the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise that, and we don't. We build sites that are fast, clear, and easy for Google to understand. We guarantee the work, not the ranking: if we miss a promised monthly deliverable, that deliverable's share of the month is credited.
Who builds and maintains the site?
Karen Moreno, KEM Marketing's founder, runs your account. She uses AI-assisted tools to move faster on build and content work, and every deliverable is reviewed before it goes live.
Do you work with businesses outside Arkansas?
Yes. KEM is based in Stuttgart, Arkansas, and works with contractors and med spas across Central Arkansas and nationwide, remotely. Strategy calls are 20 minutes on Google Meet.
