This Privacy Policy explains how KEM Marketing LLC ("KEM Marketing," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit kemmarketing.com (the "Site") or use our Growth Snapshot tool, contact forms, or client services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, and city/state, submitted through the Growth Snapshot, contact form, or checklist opt-in.
• Business details: approximate revenue band, marketing budget band, stated challenges, and timeline, submitted through the Growth Snapshot.
• Messages you send us directly.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as pages visited and general device/browser information, through standard web server logs and, if enabled, Google Analytics (GA4).

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, deliver your Growth Snapshot, or send a requested checklist.
• To follow up about our services by email or, only with your express consent given at submission, by SMS text message.
• To operate and improve the Site and our services.
• To meet legal, accounting, and security requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / text messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on the Growth Snapshot, you agree to receive text messages from KEM Marketing about your Growth Snapshot and our services at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or contact us directly. We only send marketing text messages to people who have given prior express written consent, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Missed-call text-back, where used for a client's business, only replies to people who called that business.

Email

Commercial emails we send include our business name, a physical mailing address, and a clear way to opt out, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Where information is stored

Form submissions on this Site are processed through Netlify Forms and, for qualified leads, synced to our internal CRM in Airtable. Both providers are bound by their own security and privacy practices; we do not control, and are not responsible for, their independent processing of data outside what we've configured.

Cookies & analytics

This Site uses only the cookies/local storage needed for it to function, plus — if and only if we have enabled it — Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage. GA4, when enabled, may set cookies and collect usage data subject to Google's own privacy practices. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on or your browser's privacy settings.

Reviews

If you are a client, review requests we send on your behalf go only to real customers after real service, never to incentivize a specific rating, and any material connection or incentive is disclosed in line with FTC guidance (16 CFR Part 465). We do not generate, buy, or gate reviews.

Med spa & health information

For med spa and aesthetics clients, we do not collect or store protected health information, and we never confirm that a specific individual is a patient in any public-facing communication.

Your choices

• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by replying "unsubscribe."
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us (see below).

Children's privacy

This Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
